• Lead UX and UI for projects across multiple strategic workstreams, including complex e-commerce journeys such as shop and activation;
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect deliverables based on Product and stakeholder requirements;
• Develop a deep understanding of Peloton’s multi-platform product experience and design systems;
• Collaborate with UX Researchers, Content Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to fulfill product and feature vision;
• Manage bandwidth and project pipeline to deliver designs in line with the software roadmap;
• Build multi-version comps for user testing and iterate based on findings;
• Provide prototypes and deliverables describing interactions and motion;
• Execute pixel-perfect responsive UI designs across multiple breakpoints and prepare specifications for engineering;
• QA developed features for visual quality and provide detailed revision feedback to engineering;
• Maintain design systems and libraries with the wider Product Design Team.

• 6+ Years of experience at consumer-focused technology companies;
• Comfortable managing multiple projects;
• Low-ego, highly collaborative approach;
• Strong understanding of how e-commerce products function with a mobile-first mindset;
• Proven ability to create concepts through final pixel-perfect deliverables;
• Attention to detail and ability to conceptualize multiple states;
• Exceptional design velocity, especially when developing concepts and variations;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Experience designing fully responsive web experiences for various screen sizes;
• Strong interaction design fundamentals, UI design best practices, and accessibility guidelines;
• Familiarity with agile software development;
• Ability to contribute to UX research, testing, and design infrastructure and practices;
• Experience building element-based UI design libraries and style guides;
• Knowledge of page animations and interaction design;
• Experience designing or contributing to design systems;
• Proficiency with Figma, Principle, After Effects, and other prototyping tools.
