North is a digital product studio from Barcelona that partners with companies to innovate new services and build digital products.

• Work with Product Managers and teammates to understand project requirements and user needs;
• Justify and present design decisions to key stakeholders;
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and test ideas;
• Design high-quality interfaces and deliver pixel-perfect layouts in Figma;
• Iterate based on feedback from the team, clients, and users;
• Ensure consistency in design deliverables and contribute to the design system.

• 2–3 Years of experience in digital product design across UX and UI;
• Good understanding of UX principles and ability to apply them in real projects;
• Business mindset and understanding of how design decisions impact product and business goals;
• Solid visual and UI design skills with strong attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of prototyping tools;
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English;
• Ability to explain design choices;
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and motivation to keep learning and improving.
