Eucalyptus is a digital healthcare company building long-term care solutions and personalised health and wellness programs. Its Juniper program combines GLP-1 medication, personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care for people living with obesity.

• Own a problem area across connected surfaces from definition to delivery;
• Research, design, write, test, measure, and iterate without waiting for a specification;
• Drive activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, and adherence;
• Create designs that build trust and meet the needs of a regulated market;
• Define problems using research, data, and stakeholder input;
• Design across mobile and emerging platforms such as AI-native interfaces;
• Contribute to the design system;
• Conduct user research and usability testing;
• Set up and evaluate A/B tests;
• Create UX writing for a regulated market;
• Share work early, participate in critique, and improve review quality;
• Develop other designers.

• Typically 8 or more years of experience in product design;
• Experience owning a domain end to end;
• Experience building systems that others depend on;
• Strong problem-definition skills supported by research and data;
• Strong visual design craft, including typography, spacing, colour, motion, and micro-interactions;
• Ability to design inclusively and apply accessibility principles;
• Systems-thinking approach across multiple surfaces;
• Product, commercial, and metrics awareness;
• Clear, specific, and opinionated communication;
• Experience using LLMs in the design workflow and prototyping in tools such as Claude Code and Cursor;
• Patient-first mindset with an understanding of clinical safety and care;
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and clinical teams;
• Portfolio demonstrating problem solving that moved a commercial lever, design craft, contribution to a Design System, and the use of AI; applications without a portfolio will not be considered;
• Nice to have: Experience designing for healthcare, regulated markets, patient journeys, or digital healthcare platforms.
