YouGov conducts research that makes millions of people’s opinions heard for the benefit of local, national, and international communities. Its Crunch platform supports syndicated data products, custom research, and first-party research.

• Articulate design strategy and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, aligning work with strategic key results;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Design teams to ensure consistency, usability, and feasibility;
• Contribute to the design process across all stages of the product development lifecycle;
• Maintain and evolve the Data Experience Platform design system in sync with other Platform teams;
• Monitor performance, usage data, and other key measures to identify opportunities and measure the team’s impact;
• Design and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions;
• Use quantitative and qualitative sources to understand customer tool usage, identify opportunities, and measure solution impact;
• Build, test, and deliver data product experiences.

• 5+ Years of experience in Product Design with a portfolio of shipped products;
• Proven experience designing data products, dashboards, or analytics interfaces;
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems;
• Strong foundation in typography, iconography, and colour theory;
• Experience building design research plans and conducting user research;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools;
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards;
• Excellent English, written and verbal;
• Nice to have: Background in Agile/Scrum development environments, experience with A/B testing and experimentation, experience with data visualization tools, familiarity with analytics platforms.

• Base salary of approximately €60-65k plus bonus and benefits for candidates based in Spain;
• Base salary of approximately €60-65k plus bonus and benefits for candidates based in Poland;
• For Poland, salary is approximately 200-260 PLN base plus bonus and benefits;
