• 4+ Years of professional hands-on design experience
• Demonstrated influence and initiative in shaping design visions, strategies, and standards
• Expertise in creating and evolving scalable interaction patterns and design systems
• Ability to clearly articulate work and rationale in a dynamic, agile environment
• Strong cross-domain knowledge and ability to tackle complexity and provide high-level UX guidance across teams
• Proven ability to collaborate, improve processes, foster inclusion, and pursue continuous growth for yourself and your team
• A “compliance first” attitude and enthusiasm for keeping regulators satisfied in a heavily regulated industry
