Its HRS Connect platform consolidates fragmented travel spend, while HRS Copilot uses proprietary AI and global market data to help procurement and travel leaders optimize programs, improve compliance, and enhance traveler experiences.

• Own the usability of the platform by transforming complex booking flows into clear, elegant, and engaging experiences across transient, group, meeting, and long-stay journeys;
• Set the quality bar and design standards for the broader team;
• Drive the full cycle of discovery and delivery alongside Product and Engineering leadership;
• Rapidly validate hypotheses to ensure releases deliver user and business value;
• Influence the organizational roadmap across multiple squads;
• Build adaptive interfaces using generative AI, market data, and LLM-based personas;
• Anticipate user intent, minimize friction, and provide intelligent recommendations;
• Use funnel analytics, rapid prototyping, and customer co-creation to accelerate time-to-revenue;
• Deliver designs that improve cross-segment adoption, conversion rates, and time-to-booking;
• Manage short- and long-term design objectives across production delivery, research, design vision, and innovation.

• 12+ Years of experience leading design for high-scale B2B/B2C products;
• Proven ability to distill complex data ecosystems into elegant user journeys through rigorous iterative testing;
• Expertise in establishing a data-informed culture;
• Experience using quantitative data, A/B testing, and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses and drive evidence-based product decisions;
• Ability to work independently and make decisive choices in highly ambiguous spaces;
• Ability to manage multiple design horizons simultaneously;
• Ability to deliver production-ready, high-quality outputs at a high pace without compromising systemic integrity;
• Strong storytelling skills and excellent English;
• Ability to align executive stakeholders and advocate for users;
• Passion for AI-assisted design and agentic design delivery;
• Growth mindset and curiosity about emerging tools and user experiences;
• Nice to have: Experience with structured documentation such as Amazon 6-pagers.

• Compensation Range: €65K - €90K.
