bsport builds tools that help boutique fitness and wellness studios operate more efficiently, grow, and deliver better member experiences.

Design end-to-end SaaS user journeys and workflows, focusing on usability, efficiency, and clarity
Work with data-rich interfaces, dashboards, operational flows, and complex information architectures
Use UX quality metrics and SaaS KPIs to inform and prioritize design decisions
Translate product strategy and business goals into thoughtful user experiences
Contribute to and extend design systems
Incorporate data and user insights into design decisions
Rapidly prototype, run usability tests, validate concepts, and iterate
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to balance feasibility, speed, and quality
Collaborate with designers to deliver a cohesive product experience
Balance long-term UX vision with pragmatic, iterative execution
Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows for research, ideation, prototyping, and productivity
Champion users by understanding their workflows, behaviors, and motivations and translating that understanding into intuitive SaaS experiences

Significant experience designing SaaS products
Experience with growth, activation, retention, or operational optimization within SaaS
Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, journey mapping, onboarding, progressive disclosure, and complex workflows
Expert knowledge of Figma and design systems, including scaling and implementation best practices
Portfolio demonstrating craft excellence and analytical thinking
Experience using quantitative and qualitative data in design decisions
Strong prototyping skills and experience conducting usability testing and rapid validation cycles
Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and product managers in cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where speed and quality must coexist
Passion for design craft and fundamentals, including layout, hierarchy, interaction clarity, and visual consistency
Experience evolving a UX stack with AI-powered tools and workflows
