product designer for B2B marketplaces

Complexity is a U.S.-based parent company developing frontier commerce technologies. Its first product, Factory, is a B2B marketplace connecting buyers directly with manufacturers worldwide.

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces across Complexity products;
• Create product experiences across mobile, web, and dashboard surfaces;
• Work directly with the founder to shape product direction, design priorities, and user experience standards;
• Translate product concepts into clear, polished, and production-ready designs;
• Build clean, scalable, and cohesive UI systems;
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure precise design implementation;
• Review product builds and provide detailed feedback on design execution;
• Improve existing product experiences through iteration, user feedback, and product judgment;
• Establish the visual language, interaction standards, and design systems for Factory and future Complexity products.

• Experience designing mobile apps and web products;
• Strong visual design, typography, layout, and interaction design skills;
• Strong product thinking;
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma;
• Experience using Framer;
• Ability to design polished, modern, and effective interfaces;
• Attention to detail and high execution standards;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment;
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly;
• Strong understanding of design systems, scalable UI patterns, and product consistency;
• Ownership and exceptional execution discipline;
• Nice to have: Experience designing marketplaces, social networks, or commerce platforms, English proficiency.

• Fully remote for candidates in Russia;
• Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00–18:00;
