DataSnipper develops software that automates audit and finance workflows through an Excel add-on and an AI-powered Excel Agent. Its AI works directly with real documents and audit evidence while providing full traceability.

• Lead and manage UX research initiatives from start to finish using user journey mapping workshops, usability testing, and in-depth user interviews;
• Share insights with the product team and run design studios and collaboration sessions using sketching, wireframing, and low- and high-fidelity prototyping;
• Contribute to stakeholder reviews;
• Deliver pixel-perfect designs to developers and update them in collaboration with the product manager based on feedback;
• Build and maintain a design system with the design team;
• Improve design processes, build design libraries, and introduce current design thinking and practices.

• 5+ Years of experience as a product designer or UX designer in a tech environment;
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design skills and the process behind the final result;
• Comfortable working from a design system or library to create design files;
• Comfortable using AI design tools such as Claude Code, Claude design, and Figma Make;
• Collaborative team spirit with the ability to challenge the status quo and ask questions;
• Able to present work to internal stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and defend design decisions;
• Communicate well in English and cultivate empathy and openness toward people from around the globe;
• Focus on understanding user needs and delivering value through user-centered decisions;
• Experience using Figma and InVision, Sketch, or similar design applications.
