• Turn loosely specified inputs into shippable UI by clarifying scope with engineers and PMs;
• Deliver clean, production-ready UI quickly for a 0→1 product;
• Work in Figma as the primary tool and build or maintain components that support parallel workstreams;
• Apply UX thinking by understanding user flows, breakpoints, layout, and composition logic;
• Participate in design discussions and incorporate feedback quickly while minimizing feedback loops;
• Gradually take on more complex problems and ownership as experience grows within the team.

• 3+ Years of experience designing tech products;
• Experience working in a cross-functional product team in an agile or scrum-like environment;
• Strong UI and visual execution, demonstrated through a portfolio with solid craft and composition;
• Working knowledge of Figma;
• Working-level UX understanding of user flows, breakpoints, layout, and composition;
• Logical, structural, and analytical thinking;
• Ability to break vague or open-ended tasks into deliverable steps without hand-holding;
• Clear communication and ability to explain design decisions and ask the right questions;
• Proactive mindset with the ability to bring ideas and solutions;
• Nice to have: consumer product experience, animation tools such as After Effects and Principle, experience with TV or smart devices.
