product designer for AI supply chains

Raft is building an enterprise AI platform for the supply chain industry. Its platform helps logistics teams work more efficiently by eliminating manual processes, unifying fragmented systems, and supporting complex workflows.

• Own a product area and design key flows in Raft’s logistics platform
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from user research and journey mapping through wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and handoff
• Turn insights from end users into product outcomes
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, as well as external client teams
• Advocate for users and clarify complex workflows
• Shape the design culture by collaborating with other designers on craft, mentoring, and shipping work

• Strong experience designing B2B SaaS platforms, especially those with complex workflows or enterprise users
• End-to-end design experience, from research to UI
• Strong design craft and the ability to create thoughtful, visually pleasing designs
• Ability to research, simplify, iterate, and polish
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, shaping problems, identifying opportunities, and working without a detailed specification
• Clear, confident communication when collaborating with engineers or presenting to stakeholders
• Initiative and ownership of work
• Not a fit for candidates focused only on visual design or UI polish without UX or research; those who have only worked on incremental improvements and never designed new flows or features; those with experience only in marketing sites or mobile apps and not complex systems; those who prefer working from provided specifications rather than leading discovery; or those uncomfortable speaking up in cross-functional conversations or with external stakeholders
