product designer for AI skincare

Haut.AI develops personalized skincare solutions, combining scientific research and artificial intelligence. Its AI-powered skin analysis SaaS platform serves beauty brands, retailers, clinics, and wellness and longevity apps.

• Own end-to-end design for the SaaS platform, from discovery and user flows to prototypes and shipped UI
• Design the consumer-facing skin analysis experience across web and mobile, including capture, results, skin scores, and product recommendations, customizable for each client’s brand
• Turn complex AI and scientific output into clear, trustworthy interfaces, including experiences for uncertain AI results or when users need to provide better input, such as photo quality or lighting
• Design B2B product features, including client dashboards and analytics, configuration and customization tools, recommendation management, and team access
• Work with Engineering to make it easy to embed the solution into client websites and apps
• Prototype quickly with AI tools to test ideas with users, clients, and engineers before they reach the backlog
• Run usability tests and competitive research, and support design decisions with product analytics, session recordings, and client feedback
• Evolve and maintain the design system to support consistent delivery across products and platforms

• 5+ Years of hands-on product design experience and a portfolio of end-to-end work shipped on web and/or mobile
• Experience designing B2B or B2B2C SaaS products, including complex dashboards, admin tools, or configurable, white-label experiences
• Experience designing AI-powered products, such as AI analysis, recommendation, or personalization experiences
• Strong command of AI tools, including LLMs and AI design or prototyping tools, for research, exploration, prototyping, and automating routine work; able to demonstrate their impact on output
• Product thinking: define success metrics with the PM, measure work impact, and iterate based on results
• Strong written and spoken English; able to present work clearly to internal teams and clients
• Highly autonomous and proactive, with a strong bias for action in fast-paced startup environments
• Portfolio of end-to-end work shipped on web and/or mobile
