Toloka AI creates data that powers leading GenAI models and innovations. The company combines experts, crowd, and technology platforms to teach AI models to reason and evaluate their efficacy and safety for clients worldwide.

• Design core workflows for task scoping, quoting, human-in-the-loop review, and results delivery;
• Improve onboarding and configuration experiences to reduce friction for users setting up products without hands-on support;
• Partner with PM, engineering, and research to translate ambiguous problems into clear, testable design solutions;
• Participate in UX research, including interviews, usability tests, and feedback analysis, to validate design decisions and identify unmet needs;
• Monitor the regulatory and compliance landscape affecting AI agent oversight and translate relevant constraints into design decisions, especially regarding transparency and human oversight;
• Contribute to and evolve the design system used across Tendem and Self-Service.

• 5+ Years of product design experience;
• Strong portfolio of shipped B2B or B2C products;
• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows such as task/work platforms, marketplaces, dashboards, or similarly structured products;
• Strong interaction design and visual design skills, with the ability to own projects from wireframe to pixel-perfect UI;
• Experience conducting and synthesizing UX research, including interviews, usability testing, and survey analysis;
• Familiarity with AI-powered or AI-assisted products;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across PM, engineering, research, legal/compliance, and marketing;
• Ability to work with ambiguity and translate loosely defined problems into structured design solutions;
• Nice to have: experience with Figma, Notion, Slack, and product usage data.
