- Work closely with product managers and engineers;
- Talk to users and analyze product data;
- Shape AI-powered experiences;
- Write interface copy;
- Continuously improve the product based on research and real user behavior;
- Improve completion rates and user retention;
- Rethink mobile workflows;
- Make AI-assisted form filling transparent and trustworthy.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience designing SaaS products;
- Experience improving user retention through product design;
- Experience working on AI-powered or LLM-based products;
- Ability to solve complex UX problems;
- Decisions based on research, analytics, and user feedback;
- Strong belief that great UX starts with great writing.
