• Design experiences grounded in insights into behavior, motivation, and long-term loyalty;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey;
• Generate, defend, and present original hypotheses and design solutions;
• Conduct rapid experimentation and iterative improvement.

• 5+ Years of experience working on world-class B2C products;
• Proficiency in using UX research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions;
• Strong skills in modern mobile product design, including AI integration and gamification;
• Data-driven mindset;
• Ability to think critically and analyze deeply;
• Ability to understand user behavior and market trends;
• Ability to confidently present and defend design solutions;
• Nice to have: Experience with Health & Fitness apps.
