Bolder Apps is a product development studio that partners with US-based startups and established companies to build and scale innovative digital products. It specializes in AI-powered development, full-cycle product creation, and engineering team augmentation.

• Own product UI/UX for client mobile and web apps from discovery through handoff across multiple engagements when needed;
• Run client-facing design reviews, workshops, and asynchronous critique during US business hours;
• Turn complex briefs into flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes;
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries;
• Partner with PMs and engineers on scope cuts, edge cases, empty states, loading, errors, accessibility, and platform conventions;
• Produce Figma files with named layers, variants, auto-layout, redlines or tokens, and export-ready assets;
• Use AI design and research tools to accelerate work and review the output before client or sprint delivery;
• Flag design risks early when briefs are unclear, timelines are unrealistic, or product requests conflict with platform or technical constraints.

• 4+ Years designing production mobile and/or web products that went live;
• Portfolio with full case studies covering the problem, constraints, decisions, and shipped result;
• Experience participating in calls with founders or product owners and defending design decisions constructively;
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, auto-layout, variables or tokens, prototyping, shared libraries, and clean file structure;
• Systems thinking focused on reusable patterns, states, and edge cases;
• Understanding of iOS, Android, and responsive web design differences;
• Experience using AI-augmented workflows and reviewing AI-generated output critically;
• English at C1 or above;
• Availability through roughly 5 PM EST for live client coordination;
• Honest estimation, early blocker escalation, and reliable ownership of commitments;
• Nice to have: Agency or consultancy experience.
