Cresta provides a unified AI platform combining conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, and conversation intelligence to improve customer experiences, revenue, and operational efficiency across channels.

• Design scalable, self-servable, and customizable frameworks instead of point solutions for business users and developers;
• Understand how data, permissions, and services flow across products and reflect this in clear design mental models;
• Partner with Platform PM and Platform tech leads to shape the platform strategy;
• Create proof-of-concepts using Cursor or Claude, then develop enterprise-ready experiences;
• Advocate for design craft, raise the quality bar, and help the team build a shared understanding of quality;
• Drive cross-squad alignment, secure stakeholder buy-in, and promote adoption;
• Exercise judgment about when to ship and avoid over-polishing.

• Education in Design, HCI, or Interaction Design, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience;
• Experience designing large-scale B2B or enterprise platforms, data-rich experiences, or dev/ops tools;
• Comfortable using Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, or similar tools for prototyping and design exploration;
• Portfolio showing systems thinking, end-to-end flows, and elegant solutions to complex problems;
• Strong systems thinking and technical fluency across interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research;
• Curious, adaptable, quick to learn, and effective in collaborative team environments.
