It is developing AI-native products and experiences through small, cross-functional teams.

• Own the user experience, framing problem and solution spaces with product and engineering teams
• Lead product discovery, information architecture and detailed interaction design for ambiguous, information-dense initiatives
• Use prototyping and agentic tools to test ideas quickly and unblock the team
• Design AI-native products and agentic experiences that simplify complexity, anticipate client needs and act on their behalf
• Design trustworthy AI experiences that show system reasoning, allow users to check and override decisions, and handle model errors
• Design resilient experiences for demanding real-world conditions, including on-site mobile use, interrupted sessions, varied digital confidence and high-consequence failure modes
• Unpack complex HR and health and safety workflows with advisers, subject matter experts and customers
• Validate hypotheses early through prototyping, usability testing and discovery tools
• Solve documentation needs as design problems
• Use usage data, client feedback, evaluation results and qualitative research to decide what to design next
• Evolve shared component architecture with the design system team so products and touchpoints use consistent patterns, language and behaviour
• Challenge scope, articulate trade-offs and build trust with senior engineering and product peers
• Share learnings about agentic, AI-native design with the wider Design and Product teams
• Set standards for core design principles and ensure designs explain themselves

• Demonstrated experience designing multi-sided B2B software, regulated or compliance workflows, or data-intensive enterprise platforms
• Mastery of Figma, information architecture and scalable component systems
• Strong qualitative discovery, contextual inquiry and ability to interpret unstructured requirements
• Technical fluency with modern web architecture, API states, asynchronous data flows and performance constraints
• Good judgement about when to reuse existing patterns and when to create new ones
• Understanding of where AI helps and where it does not; ability to use AI in design work, help the team use it, and design trustworthy AI-powered experiences
• Comfortable defining an approach amid ambiguity in AI-native product development
