• Partner with Product and Engineering to define future-state experiences
• Transform complex financial processes into intuitive, user-centered solutions
• Create user journeys, workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Drive adoption of enterprise design systems and reusable patterns
• Establish design approaches for copilots, agents, and intelligent automation
• Use research, analytics, and feedback to validate and evolve solutions
• Contribute to design-to-code practices and modern product delivery models
• Mentor and support designers across the wider organization
• Influence product strategy through user-centered and business-focused thinking

• 7+ Years of product, UX, or enterprise software design experience
• Experience designing complex workflow-based applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating business impact and product thinking
• Expert proficiency with Figma and modern design tooling
• Experience in Agile product development environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design, generative AI, copilots, or agent-based experiences
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled product experiences
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and improving how teams work
