• Design new AI-first writing and communication agents and invent interaction patterns for them
• Pioneer AI design workflows, working across code and Figma and shipping frontend changes to the codebase
• Shape design strategy by bringing user insights, prototyping ideas, and helping define the long-term Agents roadmap
• Raise design standards through critique, feedback, and mentoring less experienced designers

• Extensive experience designing complex, scalable software, such as productivity tools, creative or CAD software, or developer tools
• Strong interest in AI technology and practical AI workflows, including reading, writing, and translating
• Experience experimenting with AI-driven prototyping
• Care about language and writing, including sentence structure, natural-sounding writing, and adapting tone to the audience
• Comfortable using metrics and data to make design decisions
• Proficient with industry-standard tools such as Figma and Claude Design
