The company builds digital infrastructure for agricultural sourcing, including mobile and web products that help farmer cooperatives manage operations, collect and verify data, demonstrate compliance, and connect directly with global buyers. Its technology is used by cooperatives and companies across Africa and Latin America, supporting more than 150,000 farmers.

• Own the product roadmap for Peru by understanding customer and user problems, identifying opportunities, setting priorities, and deciding what to build
• Design intuitive experiences for complex operational, data, and compliance workflows across the web platform and native Android application
• Prototype and implement production-quality features across web and Android using AI-native development tools
• Work directly with cooperatives and field teams, gather feedback, support accounts, and improve products based on what you learn
• Drive adoption and growth by understanding feature usage and experimenting with ways to increase engagement
• Own the full product loop from research and prioritisation through design, implementation, rollout, support, measurement, and iteration
• Collaborate with engineers on backend, infrastructure, and technically complex problems while retaining ownership of the overall product experience
• Build reusable components and patterns to support expansion into other Latin American markets
• Use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to explore, prototype, build, test, and ship faster
• Travel regularly to Peru and potentially other markets to work directly with product users

• Bring a builder’s mindset and be comfortable working toward outcomes without detailed specifications
• Combine strong product and design judgment with the technical ability to turn ideas into working software
• Have strong experience designing and building digital products end-to-end, ideally in an early-stage startup or similarly high-ownership environment
• Have founder, founding-team, or early-stage startup experience involving work beyond a narrowly defined role
• Demonstrate excellent product judgment, including customer discovery, problem identification, prioritisation, and setting product direction
• Have a strong portfolio of shipped products, particularly complex workflows, B2B software, data-rich products, or operational tools
• Have strong product design and UX skills, with a high bar for craft and usability
• Have hands-on experience building and shipping web and mobile applications, including Android, and be comfortable working in a production mobile codebase
• Have strong front-end fundamentals in modern web technologies such as TypeScript and React, alongside Android development experience
• Have experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent as a core part of the development process
• Have strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, and workstreams independently
• Be fluent in English and Spanish
• Be willing to travel regularly to Peru and potentially elsewhere in Latin America
• Demonstrate ownership and impact; the role is not for everyone, and the company prioritises what candidates have built and owned over a specific number of years or career path
