TBC is a financial institution that uses data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital products to set a new standard of service and make people’s lives easier.

Support engagement-related features in the business digital bank
Assist with research activities and workshops
Build wireframes and prepare UI mockups
Help refine existing user flows and improve screens
Document design work and components
Apply the design system and maintain consistency across TBC products
Prepare simple prototypes and contribute updates to shared design assets
Ensure design outputs meet accessibility and design standards
Support usability-related improvements
требования
2–5 Years of experience in UX/UI or a related field
Ability to work within a cross-functional product team and follow established processes and guidance
Basic portfolio demonstrating wireframes, UI mockups, or academic or real projects
Understanding of usability principles, accessibility basics, and structured design documentation
Basic proficiency with UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch, including working with existing components and preparing simple prototypes
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve skills through collaboration with more experienced designers
Familiarity with user journeys, personas, and basic research methods
English B2+ for daily collaboration
Willingness to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies
