You must be based in Spain to be considered for this role and there is a technical task as part of the interview process.
Bark is an online services marketplace that connects customers with professionals across over 1,000 categories. The platform utilizes technology to match users with service providers, currently transitioning from a lead generation model to a full marketplace platform with subscription-based pricing.
задачи
- Own design for the squad's workstream from discovery through delivery across web and mobile;
- Frame problems clearly and bring structure and rationale to design decisions;
- Generate multiple concepts at pace, take feedback, and iterate;
- Work with product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify problems and validate thinking;
- Contribute to the design system to build consistent and scalable solutions;
- Use data, research, and qualitative feedback to ground work in evidence;
- Use AI tools for research synthesis, rapid concept generation, validation, and design delivery.
требования
- Proven track record as a senior individual contributor delivering product impact;
- Proficiency in the full design process including framing, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and validation;
- High craft standards across both mobile and desktop platforms;
- Ability to use data to make decisions and measure work performance;
- Self-directed, fast, and comfortable working with ambiguity;
- Proficient in Figma;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
