Your steep learning curve will be fully supported. You’ll be supported by our Head of Design or a Senior Designer through consistent mentorship and coaching. • Conceptualize and design digital products, websites, and brands from discovery to delivery
• Drive product decisions and collaborate closely alongside Tech Leads and Product Managers
• Conduct user research to understand your users and to validate user personas
• Craft a beautiful visual direction and translate it consistently across the entire project
• Ensure adherence to UX/UI standards, elements, patterns, and specifications
• Contribute to project documentation alongside PMs and manage your design delivery based on project milestones.
• Explore new approaches, AI technologies and always be ready to learn
