задачи
Own the end-to-end design process for features and product improvements across the B2C app, web, and B2B tools, from problem definition through delivery with engineering
Plan and conduct user interviews and usability tests, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and turn findings into product decisions
Help shape the growing user research practice
Create polished, high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma, test them with users, and present design rationale to stakeholders
Deliver everyday product work independently using existing design system components and flag gaps to the design team
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to define requirements and support smooth developer handoff
Use product analytics and user feedback to improve existing features

4+ Years of experience as a Product Designer in product-led scale-ups, marketplaces, or design agencies
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end shipped work across mobile and web
Experience or strong familiarity with two-sided platforms or combined B2C and B2B applications
Hands-on experience conducting interviews and usability tests, synthesizing findings, and using data to guide decisions
Able to demonstrate how user research changed a product decision
Comfortable introducing simple, effective research methods where formal practices are still developing
Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, and micro-interactions
Advanced Figma skills, including auto-layout and prototyping
Comfortable using an existing design system to deliver work independently; building or governing one is not required
Fluent English and excellent communication skills; able to explain design rationale clearly to engineers and stakeholders
