Multimedia Designer – E-commerce

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Multimedia Designer – E-commerce based in Croatia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented designer to produce engaging visual content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions across leading e-commerce platforms. In this fully remote role, you will create high-quality product imagery, lifestyle visuals, infographics, comparison charts, and multimedia content for Amazon, Shopify, and other digital channels. You will also contribute to website and landing page design, ensuring intuitive user experiences and cohesive brand identities. Combining graphic design expertise with video editing and UI design skills, you will help transform marketing objectives into compelling visual experiences. Working closely with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to support multiple brands and bring innovative creative concepts to life. This role is ideal for a proactive designer who enjoys experimenting with new tools, following digital design trends, and creating visuals that deliver measurable business results.

Accountabilities:

- Create high-quality product graphics and visual assets for e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Shopify, ensuring strong visual appeal and alignment with brand objectives.

- Design product images, lifestyle imagery, infographics, comparison charts, and other conversion-focused assets that communicate product features and benefits effectively.

- Develop and maintain visually cohesive Amazon Brand Stores and Shopify storefronts, optimizing layouts and creative elements to strengthen brand identity and improve customer engagement.

- Design user interfaces for websites and landing pages, prioritizing usability, intuitive navigation, visual consistency, and a positive customer experience.

- Produce and edit short-form and long-form videos for product marketing, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.

- Ensure all graphics, videos, and multimedia deliverables meet established quality standards, brand guidelines, platform specifications, and e-commerce compliance requirements.

- Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, to create polished and professional design assets.

- Apply e-commerce design best practices to develop product visuals that communicate value, attract target audiences, and support sales conversion goals.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and other creative team members to translate campaign objectives and product requirements into effective visual solutions.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh creative ideas, and explore innovative approaches to digital storytelling and product presentation.

- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work in a remote environment.

- Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and remote colleagues to clarify requirements, incorporate feedback, and maintain alignment throughout the creative process.

- Stay informed about emerging design trends, e-commerce platform requirements, multimedia production techniques, and AI-powered creative tools.

- Where appropriate, explore AI-assisted design workflows and other technologies to improve creative efficiency and expand design possibilities.

• Proven professional experience in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication and multimedia production skills.
• Hands-on experience creating product visuals and marketing assets for e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Shopify.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, conversion-oriented product imagery, lifestyle visuals, infographics, comparison charts, and other e-commerce creative assets.
• Understanding of Amazon Marketplace and Shopify design requirements, including platform specifications, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Experience with UI design for websites and landing pages, with a focus on front-end visual design, usability, and customer experience.
• Strong visual design skills, including composition, typography, color theory, layout, and consistent brand presentation.
• Video production and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging multimedia content for marketing and social media channels.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple brands, platforms, and creative formats.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects within established deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely, receive feedback constructively, and communicate creative ideas clearly.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
• Illustration and logo design experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and prompt engineering for generating creative assets is a plus.
• Basic content writing skills are beneficial for developing supporting copy and improving the effectiveness of visual content.
• Experience with Figma and WordPress is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the staffing and recruitment industry is considered a plus.
