• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations to enhance the UI and make games more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing;
• Produce visual interactive outcomes to improve visual feedback during game actions;
• Create animations with visual cues to guide players’ attention;
• Design beautiful, functional, and cohesive visual animations aligned with games and brand consistency;
• Contribute to design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions;
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, managers, product owners, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to create more engaging games through visual storytelling;
• Prepare final assets and specifications for development and oversee implementation to ensure quality execution;
• Present concepts, animated visuals, and insights to stakeholders;
• Collaborate in an agile environment and support the team during fast-paced delivery cycles;
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and industry best practices;
• Operate independently or as part of a team while contributing to a positive, collaborative environment;
• Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines without compromising attention to detail;
• Transform ideas into compelling animations and visual stories that enhance the player experience during gameplay;
• Provide development teams with guidelines based on best practices embedded throughout the design process;
• Handle feedback professionally and contribute to a productive team environment;
• Maintain consistency and high quality within brand identity and standards.

• 3+ Years of experience in motion design or a similar creative role;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful motion graphics and animation work;
• Bachelor’s degree in animation or a related design field;
• Deep expertise in motion graphics and animation;
• Strong understanding of animation principles;
• Experience working in agile environments with tools such as Jira;
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects;
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborative mindset;
• Excellent English communication skills at an advanced level;
• Nice to have: B2B experience, knowledge of Spine or Rive, experience with Figma, experience in the iGaming or Gaming industry.
