• Create and execute high-quality motion graphics and animated content across digital, social, web, CRM, and OOH;
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and copywriters to bring creative ideas to life;
• Ensure strong layout, composition, and brand consistency across motion and static assets;
• Edit and animate video content using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop;
• Work within brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to elevate storytelling;
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Stay up to date with design, animation, and AI-driven creative trends;
• Support print design projects when required, ensuring seamless integration across digital and physical assets.

• Experience in motion design, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team;
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, and brand execution;
• Ability to work from concept to final execution, delivering high-quality animated assets;
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders.
