• Own and manage end-to-end video production, from creative brief and concept through final delivery
• Create high-quality video edits, motion graphics, and animations for mobile advertising
• Integrate AI-generated video, image, audio, and text assets into creative production workflows
• Identify, structure, and execute creative concepts aligned with campaign and performance goals
• Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure strong creative execution and brand consistency
• Iterate and optimise creatives based on performance data and learnings
• Explore, organise, and optimise AI tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, speed, and output quality
• Track creative and market trends to identify new formats, ideas, and opportunities

• 2–4 Years of professional experience in video editing and motion design
• A strong portfolio of ad-focused video content, including traditional/manual editing and AI-enhanced creative projects
• Strong AI generation and prompting skills across video, image, audio, and text
• Strong video editing and motion design skills, with an understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual communication
• Experience creating mobile-first, performance-driven content for digital and social channels
• Ability to use performance insights and feedback to iterate on creative work
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Figma; generative AI tools such as ChatGPT / Claude, Seedance, GPT Image, Nano Banana, Kling, and ElevenLabs or similar; motion graphics and animation; sound editing and post-production workflows
