• Develop and visualize complex linear effects tasks within the feature team;
• Create UI and object animations, including VFX for player interactions with the UI and main feature elements;
• Create and optimize textures, sequences, and animations;
• Initiate and coordinate decisions with VFX artists, game designers, and programmers to achieve high visual quality.

• Have a casual-style portfolio and 3+ years of experience as an effects artist or animator, preferably on mobile projects;
• Demonstrate an excellent sense of composition, color, timing, and dynamics;
• Have strong skills in creating and optimizing effects in Unity, Unreal, and other game engines;
• Know animation principles and apply them in practice;
• Fluent in Russian;
• Nice to have: interest in 2D effects, deep understanding of the technical side of game effects including atlases, batching, and effects mechanics, familiarity with effects shaders and how to create them, low-poly modeling skills for VFX, experience working on stylistically similar mobile projects.
