The company is building a faceless YouTube channel in the Agent Flappy format, producing long-form animated explainers focused on the Gilded Age.

• Animate 2 videos per month, each 15–25 minutes long, with some shorter videos;
• Handle all visual production using the provided script, voice-over, and references;
• Add sound effects and deliver finished 1080p videos with project asset files;
• Build consistent 2D flat-character likenesses of Gilded Age figures across the catalog;
• Maintain viewer retention throughout long-form videos through pacing, cuts, staging, visual hooks, and sound effects;
• Contribute creative ideas and collaborate beyond execution.

• Produce videos exactly like Agent Flappy animations;
• Portfolio is required for review;
• Nice to have: Creative collaboration beyond execution.

• $200 Per finished video;
• 2 Videos per month until monetization;
• After monetization, volume increases to 4–6 videos per month;
• View and volume bonuses start after monetization;
• Permanent core team position is possible if the work meets expectations;
• Shortlisted candidates complete a paid 20-second test for $20; if accepted, it becomes the opening of video 1 and counts toward the $200.
