• Design short, high-impact videos of up to two minutes to promote the app across Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok;
• Generate and iterate ideas with the marketing team to improve message clarity and visual impact;
• Perform retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches;
• Use AI tools including Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, and others for video generation, enhancement, and ideation;
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative technologies to advance ad production;
• Analyze competitors’ ads and social trends to identify worldwide creative patterns;
• Test new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency;
• Move between squads and develop expertise across different campaign types in an agile team environment.

• Have 2+ years of work experience in a similar position;
• Demonstrate strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro;
• Understand composition, typography, and pacing;
• Have experience with AI tools for creative production, including image or video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation;
• Have basic knowledge of performance marketing and create visuals that clearly communicate marketing messages;
• Use a modular approach to editing by analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to drive results;
• Demonstrate creative, out-of-the-box thinking;
• Have strong attention to detail, self-organization, and time management;
• Have basic skills in Figma;
• Nice to have: experience creating AI-generated micro-dramas, ability to identify emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals, experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles, understanding of creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration, experience in creative ideation for fitness and wellness products.
