• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and technology teams to develop and execute motion design elements that meet project objectives and timelines;
• Animate, edit, and optimise motion graphics according to the project's creative direction and technical specifications;
• Manage assets and maintain a structured workflow for organised, accessible, and seamless cross-team collaboration;
• Conceptualise motion design ideas through style frames, storyboards, and animatics for internal teams and clients;
• Lead the motion design workflow, including resource planning, timeline estimation, and efficient project delivery;
• Mentor and guide junior motion designers while maintaining a high standard of creative output;
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative motion design strategies and creative approaches;
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies and introduce fresh practices into the team.

• 5+ Years of professional experience in motion design with a portfolio demonstrating strong creative and technical abilities across various media formats;
• Expertise in concept development, animation, and design, with the ability to translate creative briefs into engaging motion graphics that meet project objectives;
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders;
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output;
• Expertise in dynamic motion graphics, including animation, kinetic typography, particle effects, and visual storytelling through motion;
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Adobe Animate;
• Strong skills in 2D animation, compositing, and visual effects creation, primarily in Adobe After Effects;
• Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro for integrating motion graphics with live-action footage;
• In-depth knowledge of file formats, codecs, and optimisation techniques across various platforms;
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain the smooth operation of motion design systems and software;
• Ability to explore new creative techniques, tools, and trends and push the boundaries of motion design;
• Nice to have: 3D animation, real-time rendering engines such as Cinema 4D, Blender, and Unreal Engine, virtual production tools.
