motion designer for advertising services

• Lead motion design on projects across a range of brands, translating creative concepts into animated and video content;
• Own the motion design process from concepting and storyboarding through animatics, execution, and final delivery;
• Work across motion and static design, supporting graphic design needs alongside motion craft;
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and creatives to develop motion systems, style frames, and treatments aligned with brand guidelines;
• Provide creative and technical guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior and mid-level motion designers;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing quality with tight deadlines across different brand accounts;
• Explore new tools, techniques, and formats across motion and visual design, including AI-assisted workflows;
• Present and explain creative rationale to internal teams and clients when needed.

• Solid experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role;
• Outstanding showreel and/or portfolio;
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with graphic designers, creatives, and strategists;
• Experience in video editing and an interest in sound design;
• Strong graphic design principles and a feel for art direction;
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with internal teams and clients;
• Clear and fast communication;
• High attention to detail;
• Ability to stay focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Interest in learning new things and exploring new formats;
• Nice to have: Experience with grading in DaVinci, Cinema 4D or Blender 3D experience, illustration.
