Motion Designer (Cyprus)

Description

We are a fast-growing digital entertainment company specializing in sweepstakes gaming for the US market.

We're looking for a creative, AI-savvy Motion Designer who combines strong design and animation skills with the ability to deliver high-quality content at a fast pace.

Create engaging motion graphics, AI-generated videos, social media content, and performance marketing creatives for our gaming and entertainment brands.

You'll work closely with our remote design lead and marketing teams, combining traditional design skills with cutting-edge AI tools.

• Create motion graphics, animations, video ads, and social media content.
• Generate and edit AI-powered video and image assets.
• Design and adapt creatives using After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams.
• Stay updated on AI tools, social trends, and creative technologies.

• 3+ years of experience in motion design or digital creative production.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI video models (such as Seedance, Veo, Kling...)
• Familiarity with Higgsfield \ Magnific \ Artlist \ Similar
• Experience working with Claude or any other AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of motion design and animation fundamentals, including timing, pacing, composition, and transitions.
• Good video editing skills and an eye for visual quality.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable receiving feedback.
• Strong portfolio or showreel required.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Experience creating performance marketing ads.
• Interest in gaming, sports, Pokémon, and trading cards.
• Familiarity with social media trends and short-form content
