• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and align them with organizational goals;
• Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications;
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to align on project scope and objectives;
• Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables;
• Conduct gap analyses to identify improvement and optimization opportunities;
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions;
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews;
• Assist with testing, including UAT, and validate requirements;
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project requirements or scope changes;
• Suggest process improvements and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

• 5+ Years of experience as an IT Business Analyst focused on web and software development projects;
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools;
• Experience creating and managing BRDs, user stories, and functional documentation;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms;
• Proficiency in creating BPMN diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, and in wireframing and prototyping;
• Understanding of data analysis tools and techniques for reporting and decision-making;
• Practical experience integrating LLMs / AI tools into daily workflows;
• Professional-level English proficiency;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent time management;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements.
