Actively use tools like Midjourney, Imagen, NanoBanana, Kling, Veo, Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Suno, and enjoy exploring what's next;
Understand what makes an ad convert—not just look good;
Have 2+ years of experience and a portfolio with strong video ads;
Nice to have: Experience in the mobile apps industry.
