задачи
Lead a team of technical level designers by planning workload, assigning tasks, and evaluating work quality;
Help team members grow through regular one-to-ones, feedback, development plans, and mentorship;
Build a smooth production pipeline with level artists, level designers, narrative designers, and programmers;
Identify root causes of recurring production problems and initiate development of missing tools;
Translate designers' needs into technical requirements and work with programmers on solutions;
Keep documentation up to date and help the team learn the tools;
Oversee the technical quality of levels, including collisions, streaming, and event script setup.
требования
3+ Years of experience in game level production, including hands-on technical experience;
Experience leading a team of 3 or more people or mentoring experience;
Experience independently implementing level mechanics and systems in Blueprints or C++;
Experience with UE5 level production tools, including Level Streaming, World Partition, Data Layers, HLOD, One File Per Actor, Level Instances, and Packed Level Actors;
Understanding of level design fundamentals;
Nice to have: A shipped PC or console project, experience developing editor tools with Editor Utility Widgets, Python in UE, or C++, experience profiling and optimizing levels for consoles, experience working on third-person action games.
