• Design the interface and user experience of an AI-powered operating system used by renewable energy installers worldwide
• Balance user needs and business impact while delivering polished product design
• Maintain intuitive, accessible, and engaging UX/UI across the product
• Improve existing flows and interfaces, and design new ones through rapid prototyping and iteration
• Challenge ideas that do not meet the design bar and collaborate with product and engineering to improve UX quality

• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, from discovery to execution, with high-quality craft and problem-solving
• At least 2 years of experience as a product or UX designer, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment
• Strong product sense and ability to make trade-offs balancing user and business impact
• Ability to work with ambiguity, focus on outcomes, and iterate quickly and autonomously
• Understanding of digital funnels, onboarding, and conversion journeys
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative data, including A/B tests, funnel metrics, user research, and feedback, to grow feature adoption, activation, and retention
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate concepting and prototyping
• Clear communication skills, empathy for users, and a keen eye for design
