• Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion design for marketing campaigns, performance ads, product reveals, social content, and digital experiences
• Build visual treatments for brand moments, including title sequences, motion systems, and cinematic product animations
• Create functional product visualizations that explain complex products and conceptual campaign work that brings abstract ideas to life through visual storytelling
• Design custom 3D assets, illustrations, icons, and characters to strengthen product storytelling and elevate the Fuse Energy brand
• Own projects from brief to delivery, contributing creative ideas, visual concepts, and solutions
• Collaborate with product, growth, content, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality creative work
• Use audience insights and creative testing to refine and improve visual content
• Maintain a high level of craft and visual quality across every brand touchpoint

• 5+ Years in motion design, 3D, or visual design
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across campaigns, products, or digital experiences
• Strong motion and 3D skills, excellent visual taste, and a keen eye for composition, lighting, materials, typography, and storytelling
• A proactive, self-directed mindset, with ownership, independent thinking, and creative contributions
• Ability to translate complex products and abstract concepts into clear, compelling visual stories
• Enthusiasm for technology, hardware, and creating memorable product experiences through motion and 3D
