Product Designer (Mobile UI & Design System)

The project is a new native B2C mobile application.

• Develop the app’s visual direction and translate it into a consistent interface language
• Design polished high-fidelity mockups for the mobile app
• Create and develop a scalable mobile design system, including foundations, tokens, components, states, interaction patterns, and documentation
• Design solutions that account for iOS and Android specifics
• Create prototypes to validate interface behavior, interactions, and motion
• Collaborate closely with another Product Designer to develop the UI and maintain the product’s visual consistency and quality
• Collaborate closely with mobile developers during solution design and implementation
• Ensure accessibility, visual quality, and consistency across designed solutions
• Verify implementation quality as part of design QA

• At least 4 years of commercial experience designing digital products
• Practical experience designing commercial mobile apps, especially large B2C e-commerce or m-commerce products
• Strong visual/UI design skills, including visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout, and interaction details
• Experience developing a product’s visual direction from scratch or based on existing branding, from exploration to a coherent, well-justified solution
• Practical knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns and when to share or platform-specifically adapt solutions
• Experience creating and developing a design system used in a commercial product
• Understanding of how to translate a product’s visual language into foundations, tokens, components, variants, and usage guidelines
• Experience collaborating closely with developers, from discussing solutions and technical constraints through implementation and verifying delivery quality
• Practical application of accessibility principles in mobile interface and component design
• Ability to clearly present and justify design decisions and work constructively with feedback
• Polish and English proficiency sufficient for comfortable work in both languages
