Generalist Game Designer (Royal Cooking)

Royal Cooking is a mobile time-management cooking simulator for iOS and Android. The live project is actively growing, with more than 50 million installs, and regularly adds restaurants and events.

• Write technical specs for content and features
• Prototype mechanics and in-game events using LLMs and AI agents
• Support restaurant balancing by running calculations, testing hypotheses, and explaining decisions
• Participate in developing in-game events from idea to implementation
• Write and maintain internal documentation

• At least 1 year of commercial experience as a game designer on casual projects
• Experience using LLMs and AI agents in day-to-day work
• Extensive experience playing casual mobile games and understanding this audience
• Confidently work with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and be willing to work with configs
• Be ready to support balance decisions with numbers and predict how changes will affect the game
• Know ARPU, LTV, and retention metrics and be able to interpret them
• Express ideas clearly in documentation
