42dot is a mobility AI company that uses software and AI to address mobility challenges. As the Global Software Center of Hyundai Motor Group, it develops software-defined vehicle technologies and an urban transportation operating system.

• Grasp the product vision and objectives and deliver high-quality interaction and design output combining aesthetic sensibility with analytical thinking;
• Create and edit UI elements, including 2D and 3D assets and 3D models;
• Enhance and optimize product design processes and workflows for greater efficiency;
• Analyze user behavior and integrate insights into UX design;
• Collaborate with Developer and Quality Engineering teams to capture improvement ideas and requirements.

• At least 8 years of experience in design-related work;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and set schedules to achieve successful user experience design outcomes;
• Ability to translate requirements into user experiences through information architecture (IA), user flows, and prototyping while aligning with business and development feasibility;
• Proficiency in Figma, ProtoPie, and similar design tools;
• Experience creating 3D interactive models of varying complexity;
• Ability to suggest product improvement efficiencies through design systems and workflow optimization;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
• Fluent English and Polish;
• Nice to have: Deep knowledge of digital interfaces, system design, and integration; advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and ProtoPie; experience using 3ds MAX and C4D; ability to create 3D models using rendering software; design experience across mobile, web, AR/VR, and other platforms; automotive-domain experience; experience reviewing design outputs, including specifications, prototypes, and simulations, especially in internal quality control; experience working with multi-site, multi-national, and multi-contributor teams.
