• Bring creative ideation and design thinking to projects, independently or as part of a team;
• Deliver storyboards, campaign look and feel visuals, and fit-for-purpose final assets on time and on brand;
• Collaborate with client service and community teams to bring projects to life;
• Monitor social platform trends and apply them during ideation and concepting sessions.

• Have 3+ years of design experience within social media;
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Figma and After Effects;
• Have essential motion graphics skills;
• Show a proactive, self-directed, ownership-oriented, and team-player mindset;
• Adapt across a range of brand styles and tones;
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Have good to excellent written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: creative or social media agency experience, a design degree or equivalent.

• Freelance contract;
• Work remotely from Poland, Greece, Bulgaria, Czechia, Spain, or Portugal;
• Maintain good overlap with UK/CET business hours.
