• Collaborate with Social Media, Promo, and CRM teams to develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns with a consistent brand identity;
• Use AI image and video generation tools to accelerate creative production and explore new visual possibilities while maintaining quality;
• Review external agency work and provide clear, constructive feedback as a creative gatekeeper for brand standards;
• Monitor design trends, viral formats, and emerging tools to bring fresh creative ideas and maintain cultural relevance;
• Manage workflow, revisions, and deadlines using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.

• Proven background in graphic design, motion design, and video editing;
• Portfolio demonstrating strong social-first creative across multiple formats;
• Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent tools;
• Understanding of social media platforms, content specifications, algorithmic behaviours, and content performance;
• Experience using AI-assisted creative tools such as Freepik, ChatGPT, or Gemini;
• Experience in social casino, sweepstakes casino, iGaming, or a related entertainment or gaming sector;
• Strong eye for branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling;
• Ability to apply visual standards consistently at pace;
• Experience collaborating with or reviewing external creative agencies;
• Ability to provide actionable, constructive feedback.
