• Create graphic designs for the bank’s internal branding and print and digital advertising materials for PR events in line with the brand book;
• Adapt design concepts related to human resources across different formats;
• Participate in developing the bank’s internal communication projects;
• Develop creative concepts and present impactful visual solutions;
• Monitor market trends to help the bank stay ahead of competitors;
• Analyze new ideas and share the best ones with team members;
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard, and keep management informed about project progress;
• Prepare graphic posts for social media channels.

• At least 3 years of experience in design;
• Practical knowledge of 3D graphic design, motion graphics, and animation;
• Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software;
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles;
• Ability to create visual materials for social media, advertising campaigns, video clips, Reels/Story formats, and other digital content;
• Experience creating motion videos, promotional animations, product presentations, and short advertising videos;
• Ability to analyze briefs and turn them into creative visual solutions;
• Ability to work within a corporate style while proposing new and creative visual approaches;
• Ability to work with deadlines, take responsibility, and collaborate effectively with a team;
• Nice to have: Agency experience.
