• Lead the design and interaction of complex enterprise applications, heavy data workflows, and data visualization platforms;
• Design enterprise-grade desktop and mobile applications with a focus on interaction design and visual clarity;
• Design intuitive dashboards, metrics systems, and reporting tools for complex, high-density data;
• Plan and conduct user studies, user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing;
• Rapidly iterate concepts from low-fidelity methods to high-fidelity interactive wireframes and visual designs;
• Partner with engineering teams and customer organizations to prepare design deliverables for implementation;
• Communicate design rationale and validate user experience after launch.

• 5+ Years of hands-on UX design experience;
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex data visualization and dashboard design;
• Deep proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools;
• Proficiency in low-tech rapid ideation methods, including paper, whiteboards, and stickies;
• Ability to analyze, structure, and visualize large, complex datasets for operations, planning, and forecasting;
• Strong eye for aesthetics, visual design alignment, contemporary design trends, and meticulous attention to detail;
• Excellent listening skills;
• Ability to explain, advocate for, and defend design decisions while welcoming constructive feedback;
• Bachelor of Science in User Experience Design or a similar field;
• Nice to have: Practical experience with Material Design frameworks, skill in animating interface elements to enhance micro-interactions and usability.
