• Translate creative ideas and brand identities into compelling motion design;
• Develop and present motion concepts and explorations;
• Bring ideas to life through animation, editing and visual craft;
• Edit and craft content for brand films, social and other moving image formats;
• Explore different techniques and approaches to solve creative challenges;
• Respond positively to feedback and iterate quickly;
• Take ownership of work from initial exploration through to final delivery;
• Build on existing ideas rather than simply executing a brief;
• Understand the roles of the wider team and collaborate effectively to deliver timely solutions;
• Collaborate with internal expertise and client knowledge to create better motion graphics;
• Actively offer ideas and opportunities to other teams;
• Share knowledge and help grow the team through self-initiated learning.

• Portfolio demonstrating the work that most represents and excites you;
• 0-5 Years of motion design experience;
• Strong After Effects skills;
• A strong eye for design, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling, with an understanding of how these principles translate into motion;
• Willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows;
• Ability to adapt your approach depending on the creative challenge;
• Interest in understanding why a technique works, not just how to execute it;
• Enthusiasm for design, motion graphics and brand experience;
• Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through actions and participation;
• Nice to have: Experience with AI and emerging creative tools, experience or interest in developing 3D skills.
