Crisp is a product-driven company that aims to make better food available to more people. Its app serves hundreds of thousands of active users and supports both individual and business customers with their grocery needs.

• Improve the user experience of the Crisp app;
• Design smart, innovative solutions and improve existing functionality;
• Improve onboarding to help users from their first interaction;
• Develop more effective ways to showcase products;
• Design options for business customers to adjust weekly orders to their lunchers’ needs and preferences;
• Contribute to every stage of the design process, from research through implementation;
• Design user flows and experiences;
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research;
• Work closely with Product Managers, in-house developers, and two other Product Designers;
• Experiment with AI for prototyping and extracting insights from existing customer research.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Product Designer;
• Experience working in a fast-growing technology company;
• HBO or WO degree in strategic design, interaction design, or digital visual design;
• Proven results from work in a scale-up or digital agency environment;
• Clear vision of usability and UX;
• Experience with analytics and quantitative analysis;
• Strong understanding of color, typography, iconography, composition, and aesthetics in relation to brand experience;
• Courage to propose new, well-founded solutions;
• Critical thinking and an open attitude;
• Fluent Dutch at C1/C2 level;
• Experience with Figma.
