• Create and deliver artwork across digital, print, social media, email, and marketing campaigns;
• Maintain and develop visual consistency across multiple hospitality brands;
• Produce website concepts, landing page designs, and briefs for developers;
• Manage and maintain the company's digital asset management platform and brand libraries;
• Handle artwork requests from sites across the business, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time;
• Develop brand assets, promotional materials, menus, POS, and campaign collateral;
• Support larger creative projects and periodic design refreshes;
• Coordinate and manage freelance creative support when required;
• Take ownership of all creative output across the business;
• Manage workload, present ideas directly to stakeholders, and shape brand representation across customer touchpoints.

• Strong all-round designer with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility;
• Comfortable working across multiple brand styles and visual identities;
• Able to balance production-based artwork and creative project work;
• Confident presenting ideas and communicating with senior stakeholders;
• Self-motivated and capable of managing an independent workload;
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite;
• Likely to be in a second or third design role and looking for greater ownership and responsibility;
• Enjoys variety, works proactively, and thrives in a less corporate environment;
• Understands travelling and partying culture;
• Nice to have: Basic web design, landing page or digital experience creation, familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools, digital asset management systems, motion graphics or animation, hospitality, travel, lifestyle or leisure sector experience.
